Heartland Property Care LLC started the way most small businesses do — with a straightforward observation. Omaha has no shortage of property maintenance companies, but finding one that actually shows up consistently, communicates clearly, and does the work properly? That was harder than it should be.

We started small, taking on lawn maintenance and seasonal cleanup jobs for neighbors and local homeowners in southwest Omaha. Word spread quickly, not because we had a big marketing budget, but because we did what we said we would do — and we did it well. Customers told their neighbors, and those neighbors became our customers too.

Over time, we expanded our services to include gutter cleaning, pressure washing, property inspections, and minor exterior repairs — services that naturally complement lawn maintenance and that our existing customers kept asking for. Today, we serve homeowners, landlords, and property managers throughout the Omaha metro area.

We are a small crew — typically between three and eight people depending on the season — and we intend to stay that way. Being small means we can be hands-on with every job. The owner stays involved in day-to-day operations, which means you are never dealing with a faceless company that does not remember your name or your property.
