5. Scheduling

- Ensure that the property is accessible on the scheduled service date, including unlocking gates, removing obstacles, and providing access to necessary areas of the property.
- Remove or secure pets, vehicles, and personal property from work areas prior to our arrival.
- Notify us of any known hazards on the property, including underground utilities, buried irrigation systems, septic systems, or other features that could be damaged by our equipment.
- Provide accurate and complete information about the property and the services needed.
- Be available or reachable by phone during scheduled service visits to address any questions or concerns that arise.
Heartland Property Care LLC is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features that were not disclosed to us prior to service.
7. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated to you at the time of estimate or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of services. We accept payment by cash, check, or other methods as communicated at the time of service.
For recurring service agreements, invoices will be issued according to the agreed billing schedule. Accounts that remain unpaid beyond 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee or suspension of services.
Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
